This Privacy Policy describes how Zuma Apps (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use our mobile apps and visit our website at zumaapps.co.
We’ve designed our apps to collect as little information as possible. We don’t ask for your name, email address, or any personal details to use our apps. We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with advertisers.
Information our apps collect
Our apps store all your data locally on your device. If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data syncs across your Apple devices through your own iCloud account. We never see or access that data.
We collect anonymous usage analytics to help us understand how the app is used and improve it. This includes things like which features are opened, session durations, and crash reports. None of this is tied to your identity. We use TelemetryDeck for this, which is privacy-focused and does not track individuals.
In-app purchases
If you buy a subscription or one-time purchase in the app, that transaction goes through Apple’s payment system. We receive a confirmation that the purchase was made, but we don’t receive your name, email address, or payment details. Apple handles all of that.
Information our website collects
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics may set cookies and collect anonymised information about your visit, including pages viewed, time on site, and approximate location. You can opt out at any time through our cookie banner.
If you contact us by email, we’ll only use your email to reply to your message. We don’t add you to a mailing list without your consent.
Email updates
If you sign up for email updates on our website, we’ll send occasional updates about new app releases and behind-the-scenes content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Children’s privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

You have the right to:

- Object to how we use your information
