Common questions

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. To request a refund:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find the purchase and select “Request a refund”

Apple typically reviews refund requests within 48 hours.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage all your subscriptions in your iPhone Settings:

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel

Cancelling means your subscription won’t renew. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

My app is crashing or behaving strangely

First, try restarting the app and your device. If the issue persists, please email us at hello@zumaapps.co with:

  • Which app you’re using
  • What you were doing when the issue happened
  • Your device model and iOS version

We can usually fix issues quickly with that information.

Can I sync my data across devices?

Yes. Our apps use iCloud to sync your data across your Apple devices. Make sure iCloud is enabled in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID.

We don’t store your data on our servers. It stays on your devices and in your iCloud account.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. We currently build for iOS. We may expand to Android in future. Email us if you’d like to be told when that happens.

How do I delete my data?

All app data is stored locally on your device. To delete it, simply uninstall the app or delete the data from within the app’s settings.

We don’t hold any personal data of yours on our servers.
