These terms govern your use of Zuma Apps’ mobile applications and our website at zumaapps.co. By using our apps or website, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Zuma Apps is an independent mobile app studio. When we say “we”, “us”, or “our” we mean Zuma Apps. When we say “you” or “your” we mean anyone using our apps or website.
Using our apps
Our apps are licensed to you, not sold. You can use them on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s standard App Store terms.
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our apps
- Use our apps to do anything illegal or harmful
- Resell, redistribute, or sub-licence our apps
- Use our apps in a way that disrupts other users or our service
Purchases and subscriptions
Some features in our apps require a one-time purchase or subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store using your Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policy.
Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Intellectual property
We own all rights to our apps, including the code, design, content, and branding. You may not copy, modify, or use any part of our apps or website without our written permission.
Disclaimers
Our apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every expectation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.
We’re not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by using our apps, except where required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the past 12 months. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent changes. By continuing to use our apps or website after changes are posted, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
